Pan Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredientes

  • 8 wings
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T dry sherry
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root
  • 2 T oil
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth/stock
  • 2 T Hoisin sauce

Direcciones

  1. Use meaty wing section. Toss wings with cornstarch, oil, soy and sherry; set aside.Put together scallions, ginger root, garlic. Put near cooking pan. Have Hoisin sauce near. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Stir-fry chicken wings 5 min, brown all over. Add in broth and cover for 10 min over medium heat.
  2. Remove cover and boil away liquid. Quickly add in scallion mix and stir 30 seconds. Blend in Hoisin sauce which will cook them with glaze. Serve immediately.
