Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lb Rock Cod filets, or possibly Red Snapper
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil Salt & fresh grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle on the fish pcs. Salt and pepper the fish, then dredge lightly in flour. Dip the fish in Large eggs, then coat generously with the grated cheese.
  2. In a heavy skillet, saute/fry the fish in a mix of butter and oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 min to brown. Turn and brown the other side.
  3. Place the skillet in the oven for 4 to 5 min to heat through. Serve immediately.
