Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb flank steak
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 x garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lb fresh wide rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 2 sm chopped Thai chiles seeds removed
  •     if you like
  • 1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. Thai basil leaves
  •     Sugar to taste
  •     Fish sauce to taste
  •     Sriracha sauce (Thai warm sauce) to taste

Direcciones

  1. Slice flank steak 1/4-inch-thick across the grain. Marinate flank steak in soy sauce, fish sauce and garlic 15 min. Meanwhile, cut noodles into 1/2-inch-wide strips.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add in green onions and marinated steak. Cook till steak is light brown, about 5 min. Add in noodles and cook till noodles are slightly browned. Add in chiles and cherry tomatoes, then cook till tomatoes start to release their juice. Add in basil and cook till just wilted. Season to taste with sugar, fish sauce and Sriracha sauce.
