Ingredientes

  • 8 x Boneless pork steaks
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Medium-dry sherry
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  •     Salt and freshly-grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork steaks till browned on both sides.
  2. Add garlic. Fry for one minute. Adde in sherry, salt and freshly- grnd pepper.
  3. Cook till sherry is dissolved. Check pork is cooked through and serve.
  4. NOTES : Serve this quick and easy dish with mashed potato and broccoli spears for a tasty supper.
