Ingredientes

  • For the fish
  • 1 piece (about 350g) salmon - rinsed and pat dry
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste/chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste/chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp curry powder (any type should be ok)
  • Salt for taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • For the chutney
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • Salt for taste
  • Lime juice (if needed)
  • Blend/process all together

Direcciones

  1. Rub salmon with all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Place it on a heated grill and pour oil all over.
  3. Grill both sides till its cooked.
