Ingredientes

  • 3 x Butternut squash (about 1 1/2 lb each), halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, cut into 6 pcs
  • 1/4 c. Light-brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400'. Brush squash with extra virgin olive oil and place, cut side down, on a roasting pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 min. Turn and season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill each cavity with a piece of butter and 2 t sugar. Bake, brushing with butter from the cavity every 10 min, till golden, about 55 min.
