Pan Rolls (Hot Roll Mix)

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water 110F(45C)
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil Or possibly
  •     Melted Margarine
  • 5 c. Warm ROLL MIX (5 to 6)

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Blend in Large eggs and oil or possibly margarine.
  2. Add in 5 c. Warm ROLL MIX.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Add in additional Warm ROLL MIX to make a soft, but not too sticky, dough. Knead about 5 min, till dough is smooth.
  5. Lightly butter bowl.
  6. Put dough in bowl and turn to butter top. Cover dough with a damp towel and let rise in a hot place till doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
  7. Grease a 13" x 9" baking pan or possibly two 9-inch round pans.
  8. Punch down dough.
  9. Let rest 10 min.
  10. Divide into 24 to 30 balls.
  11. Place in prepared pans.
  12. Cover and let rise till about doubled in bulk.
  13. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  14. Bake 20 to 25 min till browned.
  15. Brush tops with butter or possibly margarine.
