Ingredientes

  • 2 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 1 lg egg
  • 2 c buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix together butter, egg and buttermilk.
  3. Gently stir in milk mixture to dry ingredients until just wet. Batter will be lumpy.
  4. Pour 1/2 c batter onto an electric skillet or griddle set at 250.
  5. Turn when the edges start to form bubbles and the pancake has browned. About 4 minutes.
  6. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or cool completely and freeze for a quick weekday breakfast.
