Pancakes stuffed with mutton

Ingredientes

  • pancakes:
  • 170 g potatoes
  • 50 g flour
  • salt
  • butter
  • Mutton filling:
  • 400 g, boneless mutton thigh
  • 160 g onions
  • 300 ml water
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 100 g red pepper
  • 50 golej
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • ground red pepper chilli
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf

Direcciones

  1. Cook the potatoes in the skin and cleanse them. Cooled, pressed (or minced meat grinder), add salt and flour. Prepare a smooth, supple dough. The board sprinkled with flour prepare a rough cylinder with a diameter of about 5 cm, which divide into equal parts (about 2 cm plates) and also rolled out to about 0.3 cm thickness.
