Receta Pancit Molo
Pancit Molo
Pancit molo is a well known Filipino dish that resembles the Chinese dish called wanton soup. And this dish looks more of a soup than a pancit (stir fried noodles with meat and vegetables) and makes you wonder why it is called pancit molo.
Cooking this dish will start from boiling a whole chicken to make a soup stock. Debone and shred the chicken and set aside. Mix all the molo filling ingredients and fill each molo wrappers. Just like making wonton. Drop in boiling soup stock. Meanwhile saute the chicken with garlic and onion. Add to the molo soup and season with patis or fish sauce and garnish with green onions.
