Ingredientes

  • 800 gm Cottage cheese
  •     Oil for frying
  • 20 x Curry leaves
  • 20 gm Kashmiri deghi mirch paste
  • 4 gm Black pepper pwdr
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  •     Salt to taste
  • 100 gm Gram flour
  • 10 gm Coriander pwdr
  • 3 gm Black pepper pwdr
  •     A healthy pinch of saunf, (aniseed) pwdr
  • 1 gm All spice pwdr
  • 10 gm Ginger
  • 5 x Green chillies, minced fine
  • 10 gm Kashmiri deghi mirch paste

Direcciones

  1. CUT the cottage cheese into five cm cubes. Mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate the cottage cheese in this paste for 30 min.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the batter. Add in sufficient water and mix to a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil and season with curry leaves. Dip the paneer cubes in the prepared batter and deep fry in warm oil until done.
