Receta Paneer Masala

Ingredients:

Paneer – 250 gms, cubed

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. Add the ginger garlic paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

3. Add the onions and saute until golden.

4. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring from time to time, for 2 minutes.

5. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, peas, garam masala powder and mix well.

6. Add the paneer cubes.

7. Reduce flame and stir well.

8. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

9. Add coriander leaves and remove from flame.

10. Cover the pan with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.

11. Stir well.

12. Serve as a side dish with chapati, pulao or paratha.
