Ingredientes

  •     (1 1/2-Lb. Recipe)
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk plus
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine cut-up
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 1/3 c. dry or possibly candied pineapple coarsely minced
  • 1/3 c. minced candied citron liquid removed of syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp anise seed crushed
  • 2 tsp Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast

Direcciones

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer, adding pineapple and citron with flour.
  2. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Adjust dough consistency, if needed, according to the "Note"
  3. below. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
  4. Yield: 1 Loaf
  5. NOTES : Make 1 1/2-Lb. Recipe with bread machines which use 3 c. flour or possibly if machine pan holds more than 10 c. of water. Make 1-Lb. Recipe with bread machines which use 2 c. flour or possibly if machine pan holds 10 c. or possibly less of water.
