A classic Italian dessert, delicious and easy to make. Can taste excellent around the world as ingredients can be found almost anywhere!

Direcciones

  1. Put the isinglass in cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil the cream, milk, vanilla bean and sugar for a few minutes.
  3. Filtering the mixture, and let it cool.
  4. Add the isinglass well squeezed, and mix well.
  5. Put mixture into molds and then in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Turn molds on serving dish and add blackberries or raspberries. (Blackberries and raspberries can be fresh or preserved in syrup)

        Grazie Kathy and Claudia! it is delicious... if you like to experiment you can simply make different variations all in one go, e.g. use several small pans when boiling the cream, vanilla, sugar and milk together, then add a few crashed berries in one pan, other fruits (kiwi for example) or even chocolate in the other pan and so on, tw the end of the boiling process -- it's fun to try out the different versions at once!
