Receta Pappardelle with Braised Chicken and Almonds

- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup dried figs, stemmed and chopped

- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
