Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Flank steak
  • 3/4 c. Dry red wine
  • 10 x Green onions minced fine
  • 1/2 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt substitute
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Gallic Herbes Blend * see note

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over flank steak. Marinate 1 to 2 hrs, turning meat several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Broil steak 3 to 4 min on each side, basting with marinade, till medium rare. Cut diagonally, across grain of meat, into thin slices.
  2. This recipe serves 6.
