Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Cod Fillet
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Rinse fish and pat dry. In shallow dish, combine flour, cornmeal, onion salt, and pepper; set aside. Heat butter in shallow dish. Roll cod in butter, then in flour mix. Place fillets in 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. Drizzle remaining butte over fillets and top with grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 12 to 14 min or possibly till cod flakes easily when tested with fork.
  4. NOTES : Bake tender, delicate cod in a crisp crust of parmesan for a family favorite.
