Ingredientes

  • 4 x 4-ounce fish fillets
  • 1/3 c. Lo-cal mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Snipped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp White wine Worcestershire

Direcciones

  1. Cod, salmon, and orange roughy are all good choices for this easy recipe.
  2. Thaw fish, if frzn. Rinse and pat dry. Spray a 10x6x2" baking dish with Pam; set aside.
  3. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chives or possibly green onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mayonnaise mix over fish fillets.
  4. Bake, uncovered, in a 450 deg oven for 12-15 min or possibly until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
