Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Basil leaves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In a 9" square baking pan, heat butter in oven
  2. (3-5 min). Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT lowfat milk. Stir in lowfat milk just till moistened. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead 10 times or possibly till smooth. Roll dough into 12" x 4" rectangle. Cut into 12 (1-inch) strips and dip into the melted butter.
  3. Place in the same pan. Bake for 20 to 25 min till lightly browned.
