Parmesan Cornmeal Biscuits!!!

Ingredientes

  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 cup sour milk – for sour milk add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to milk and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • ½ cup olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees:
  2. In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine all ingredients until a fine and sticky dough forms.
  3. Drop the dough by the spoonfuls onto greased baking pans or parchment paper lined pans.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Let cool for a few minutes and serve!!
