Ingredientes

  • 2 med -size baking potatoes (about 1 lb, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 c. Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Frzn egg substitute, thawed
  •     Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook potato in boiling water to cover 30 min or possibly till tender. Drain potato, and mash. Add in 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese and next 4 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer just till mix is smooth. Stir in egg substitute. Pipe or possibly spoon potato mix into 6 mounds on a baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray; sprinkle proportionately with 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Bake potato mix at 350 for 25 to 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
