Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T parsley flakes
  • 2 T dill weed
  • 1/4 c. finely minced sweet onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. chipped beef (torn into small shreds)

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs before serving. Serve with chunks or possibly cubes of any dark rye or possibly pumpernickel bread. If you like, hollow out a loaf of bread and spoon dip into its center, surrounding the loaf with the reserved bread.
