Party Sub-BBQ Beef~Cheese~Peppers

Large Party "Sub" Sandwich great for any party-get together on a weekend.

Ingredientes

  • 20 ounce Loaf Italian of French Bread
  • 8 ounces Thick Deli Sliced Roast Beef
  • 1/4 cup Honey BBQ Sauce (Store bought is fine to use)
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper Slice
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 6 slices Smoked Mozzarella Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cut the Loaf of Bread in half lengthwise, set aside
  2. In a saute pan add sliced bell peppers, salt and black pepper, melted butter and saute until peppers are tender (about 4-5 minutes) add BBQ sauce and stir gently, add Roast Beef Slices and cook just a few minutes. Remove from heat source.
  3. Assembling the Party "Sub", open the cut large loaf of bread add BBQ Beef and sauce and peppers to the bottom half, add sliced smoked mozzarella cheese slices on top (The heat from BBQ Beef/peppers will melt mozzarella) add top bread and place on a serving platter
  4. Cut into your desired pieces and serve.
