Passionfruit Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 4 tsp gelatine pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. passionfruit pulp
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar (caster)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over water, dissolve over warm water.
  2. Combine passionfruit, cream, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Add in gelatine and mix well. Pour into individal moulds and chill for 2-3 hrs or possibly till set.
  3. Turn out onto serving plate and garnish with fresh fruit slices and mango coulis.
