Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Almonds, grnd
  • 2 x Egg whites
  •     ds Salt
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar

Direcciones

  1. Beat whites with salt till foamy. Gradually add in sugar; continue beating till peaks form. Mix in grnd nuts. Drop by teaspoonsfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350f degrees for 15 min. Cold for 2 min in pan; remove cookies to a rack and finish cooling.
