Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Cake meal
  • 1/4 c. Potato starch
  •     (Makes 2 crusts)
  • 12 ounce Chocolate chips
  • 8 x Egg yolks
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 x Egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1 ct Heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff

Direcciones

  1. Mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375 degrees for 15- 18 min
  2. Heat chocolate and cold add in Large eggs to chocolate mix in remaining ingrediates pour into COOLED shells. refridgerate till solid
