Ingredientes

  • 1 x Egg, whole
  • 6 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon rind, grated
  • 1 pkt Vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 c. Potato starch
  • 1/4 c. Matzoh cake flour
  •     ds Salt

Direcciones

  1. Beat yolks with whole egg till foamy. Gradually add in sugar, juice, rind and vanilla sugar*. Fold in potato starch and cake flour till well blended.
  2. Beat whites with salt till stiff. Fold into yolk mix. Pour into ungreased tube pan; bake at 350f degrees for 55 min. Invert; cold for 1 hour.*Instead of vanilla sugar use 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. sugar.
