Ingredientes
8 ounce Pasta noodles (your favorite)
Low fat, low sodium margarine
parsley flakes,
garlic pwdr,
pepper,
lite-salt,
basil,
oregano,
celery seed,
chinese five spice.
4 ounce sliced mushrooms
8 ounce frzn broccoli, spinach
whole kernal corn
diced baked(leftover) chicken breast
small can of tuna in water
almost any leftover meat dish you have.
Direcciones
Cook pasta as directed on package. Combine margarine and seasonings by heating in microwave approximately 45 seconds. Combine with pasta and mix well.
