Ingredientes

  • 1 can (small) Italian tuna in extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, smashed and minced fine
  • 1 lrg Spoonful capers, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian tomato paste (try to find the kind in the "toothpaste tube", so much better than having to open a tin that never gets used up before it goes bad)

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic lightly in a bit of extra virgin olive oil - it should not brown. Add in tuna
  2. (liquid removed) and capers, and saute/fry for a few min. Stir in tomato paste, add in a generous grind of black pepper, and toss with pasta of your choice
  3. (actually, I wuoldn't use this kind of sauce on homemade noodles - definitely a factory pasta sauce!)
