Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Uncooked pasta
  • 1 x Onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Heavy cream or possibly lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. White wine or possibly sherry
  • 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
  •     Salt
  •     Grnd pepper
  •     Choice of leftover vegetables, herbs,
  •     or possibly chicken optional

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; keep hot in cooking pot. Saute/fry onion in oil over medium heat. Add in cream, wine, tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste. Add in any leftovers; simmer for 10 min. Toss sauce with pasta.
  2. Yields 4 to 6 servings, depending on add in-ins.
