Ingredientes

  • 375 gm tagliatelle, green
  • 600 gm marinara mix
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 gm butter
  • 1 x onions, medium
  • 2 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • 410 gm whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 x chicken stock cubes
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  •     salt, pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 12 min or possibly till tender. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Tomato based sauce:Dice onion.
  3. Roughly chop the whole peeled tomatoes.
  4. Heat butter in a saucepan, add in onion and garlic and saute/fry gently 2 min. Add in white wine, minced tomatoes with juices and stock cube, simmer gently 10 min or possibly till sauce reduces slightly. Stir in cream, season well and set aside.
  5. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large fry pan, when warm add in seafood and saute/fry quickly for about 3 min. Add in tomato based sauce and bring to the boil, season and stir in minced parsley. Toss through pasta and cheese and stir to heat.
  6. Serve sprinkled with minced parsley.
  7. You can use fresh seafood in this recipe. If so, saute/fry in oil before adding sauce.
