Pasta Salad
One of my favorite things to eat during the hot summer months is Pasta Salad~ There are so many different ways to make pasta salad and you can use any ingredients you have on hand. I made this pasta salad last Saturday, and it really hit the spot! I have fallen in love with Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Anything Dressing. This dressing makes anything and everything taste good:) I first tried this dressing when I did a recipe for SRS. My partner for the month was Erika and I chose the recipe Bacon Tomato Spaghetti. The recipe called for balsamic vinaigrette and I picked up a bottle of vinaigrette made by Kraft. If you have never tried balsamic vinaigrette by Kraft, pick up bottle, and give this recipe for pasta salad a try! Heck! Pick up 2 bottles and make this recipe for Bacon Tomato Spaghetti too~ Both recipes are fantastic~
- Saturday Pasta Salad
- 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions,
- drained and rinsed in cold water
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 4 T diced pimientos
- 3 small vine ripened tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 4 oz. sliced hard salami, chopped
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Anything Dressing
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend together. Add more dressing if needed.
