Ingredientes
1/2 c. Half and half (aka light cream - half lowfat milk, half cream)
3 Tbsp. pesto
8 x sun dry tomatoes, minced up a bit
2 Tbsp. romano
Direcciones
Heat the first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. When heated, add in cheese. Toss with cooked linguini.
Makes 2 servings.
