Ingredientes

  • 1/8 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 med Garlc cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 lb Chicken breast halves without skin, cut in 1/2 inch wide strips
  • 1 1/2 c. Broccoli florets
  • 3/4 c. Sun-dry tomatoes, oil-packed, liquid removed and minced
  • 8 ounce Canned tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 c. White wine
  • 12 ounce Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 4 c. Bow tie pasta, cooked

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute/fry the garlic for about 1 minute till golden brown, stirring constantly. Add in the chicken strips and saute/fry till white and almost completely cooked. Add in the broccoli and saute/fry till crisp-tender, then add in sun-dry tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add in the wine, then add in the broth and margarine.
  2. Cook for about 3-5 min, or possibly till heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Toss the freshly cooked bow-tie pasta with the chicken mix. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
