Ingredientes

1 lb Penne or possibly other short tubular macaroni
20 ounce Frzn leaf spinach thawed
4 Tbsp. Margarine

2 pch Salt
1 c. Cottage cheese, lowfat

Direcciones

Cook pasta following directions on box and drain. Saute/fry spinach in skillet in melted margarine and salt for 2 min. Pour over pasta. Fold in the cottage cheese. Serve at once.
