Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, (1/4 stick)
  • 1 x Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme or possibly 1 tsp. dry
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh tarragon or possibly 1 tsp. dry
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil or possibly 1 tsp. dry
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. Vodka
  • 3/4 lb Spaghetti or possibly linguine, freshly cooked
  • 3/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in sliced onion and saute/fry till very tender and beginning to color, about 10 min. Add in herbs and saute/fry 1 minute. Add in whipping cream and vodka and simmer till sauce thickens slightly, about 8 min. Add in pasta and cheese and toss till sauce coats pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
  2. 4 First-Course or possibly side-dish servings.
