Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Green peppers, choppe
  • 1/2 c. Mushrooms, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 can (6 1/2 ounce) chopped clams
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh Cayene pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the onions, green peppers, and garlic in the extra virgin olive oil till translucent/soft (add in a little water and cover if necessary during this process). Add in the mushrooms and continue heating in the covered saucepan for about 3 min. Add in the remaining ingredients, including all the liquid which comes with the clams, and heat till warm in a covered saucepan.
  2. Serve with 1 c. of spaghetti or possibly linguini and Parmesan cheese (optional).
  3. Makes 4 servings.
