Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Pasta
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 x Cloves Garlic, cut in thin slice
  • 2 c. Fresh herbs, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  •     Fresh grnd black pepper
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk or possibly heavy cream, up to 2
  •     Fresh lemon juice, optional
  •     Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. According to directions. In a small frying pan heat the extra virgin olive oil. Add in the garlic and saute/fry till very lightly browned. Remove from the heat. Return liquid removed pasta to medium heat. Toss in the fried garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Add in the lowfat milk or possibly cream slowly, cooking and tossing the pasta till the liquid is absorbed. When the lowfat milk or possibly cream forms a little sauce around the pasta, you've added sufficient. You might want to add in a little fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper to make the flavors stand out . Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
