Ingredientes

2 Tbsp. Walnut oil
1/2 c. Toasted walnuts
1/2 lb Green beans,, blanched
Salt and pepper

2 x Yukon gold potatoes,, peeled and parboiled
1 lb Penne or possibly fusilli,, cooked
Parmesan cheese,, grated
3/4 c. Pesto

Direcciones

In large pot gently heat oil. Quickly saute/fry green beans. Add in potatoes, pasta and pesto. Cook till hot. Stir in walnuts. Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with grated cheese.
