Ingredientes

  • 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Onion, finely diced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh herbs eg parsley, rosemary, oregano
  • 1 tsp Dry crushed chillies
  • 5 x Plum or possibly vine ripened tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 250 gm Fusilli bucati corti, (8oz)
  •     Freshly grated parmesan cheese to serve

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter with the oil in a frying pan, stir in the onion and gently fry till softened but not browned.
  2. Add in the garlic, herbs and crushed chillies, gently fry for 2-3 min.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes and turn the heat down to low. Add in seasoning to taste, leave to heat through stirring occasionally taking care not to break up the tomatoes.
  4. Cook the pasta following instructions on the pack. When cooked, drain well and carefully mix with the sauce.
  5. Notes Serve immediately with plenty of parmesan cheese and freshly grnd black pepper.
  6. NOTES : A light, slightly spicy pasta dish that makes an excellent lunch, starter or possibly supper dish.
