Ingredientes

  • 6 c. lowfat milk
  • 10 ounce pastina or possibly small alphabet pasta
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten to mix
  • 3 ounce grated parmesan cheese
  •     freshly grated nutmeg
  •     coarse salt
  •     freshly cracked black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Bring the lowfat milk to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add in the pastina and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, till al dente and the lowfat milk is thickened to a cream consistency, about 10 min.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Large eggs, cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  4. This dish must be served as soon as it is cooked or possibly it becomes lumpy. Pastina in Italian means "tiny dough". It can be any tiny shapes of pasta.
