Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Hass avocados (just ripe, not too soft, see note)
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. Crushed capers (use a garlic press)
  • 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 x Arugula leaves, minced
  •     Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 handf minced cilantro
  • 2 x Green onions, finely minced
  • 1 pch Cumin
  • 2 dsh Worcestershire
  • 1 dsh Marsala
  •     Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Halve, peel and pit the avocados. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and mash with a fork. Don't use a blender; you want some texture.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise, salsa, crushed capers, garlic, minced arugula, lime juice, cilantro, onions, cumin, Worcestershire sauce and Marsala.
  3. Taste the mix and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Note: The avocados should be still hard but slightly yield- ing to the touch,
