Pate Au Chou (Cream Puff Pastry)

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Place water in saucepan with butter or possibly margarine. Bring to boil until butter is almost melted. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in flour and salt with wooden spoon untill dough forms tight ball around spoon.
  2. Beat in Large eggs one at a time till well blended. Continue beating mix untill batter is smooth and satiny-about 5 min. You may use an electric mixer with a paddle attachment.
  3. Bake at 450 till done.
