Ingredientes

  • Nacho chips (sufficient to cover 2 plates)
  • 1 pound seafood select
  • 1/2 pound claw crabmeat
  • 6 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Direcciones

  1. Pick through crabmeat. Divide seafood select and crabmeat in half and mix each together making 2 portions. Microwave each portion on high for 1 1/2 min. Mix each portion with half of the mayonnaise. Spread a layer of chips on each plate and cover with a portion of the seafood mix. Microwave each on High for another 1 1/2 min. Mix the 2 cheeses together and sprinkle half of the mix over each plate. Microwave each on High till the cheese is bubbly (1 1/2 min). Sprinkle each plate with a dash of chili pwdr and paprika. Serve immediately.
