Who pokes on facebook anyways? Oh that's right, those weirdos from high school you never hung out with and don't even know that well..or remember for that matter, until you get a notification they poked you. Now I've got you hootin and hollering! Let's not be mean girls here, let's move on...

Today was ANZAC day here in NZ - a public holiday to honor those who served over seas. My guy was in the army for seven years so this day holds a special spot in his heart. He served over in Afghanistan as well.

We spent the day together putting balls & went to a place I've been wanting to go for a whilllee - YOGG. It's a build your own frozen yogurt store - YUM. I of course asked the cashier what's the most he's charged for one yogurt since they charge you by the weight of your cup. Secretly wondering if he was going to tell me mine was but the winner came in at 20 dollars for one. Both my guy's and I's came to 18 dollars....*pause for the whaaaa** I know right? So worth it though. Can never have too mnay sprinkles.

Directions//

Layer a cup in the following order:

1/2 cup oats

A couple spoonfuls of berries - they can go in frozen, overnight they will defrost

the remaining 1/2 cup oats

pour unsweetened almond milk over the whole lot

top with 100% nutz peanut butter

Cover * place into the fridge overnight to set

In the morning no need to heat up - take it out of the fridge - Enjoy!

These are one of my favorite breakfasts - I have oats pretty much everyday for breakfast - this is a great way to mix them up!
