Ingredientes

  • 8 c. Chinese cabbage, torn small
  • 1 1/2 c. Pea pods, bias sliced 1/4"
  • 1 c. Quartered fresh mushrooms
  • 2 med Carrots thinly bias sliced
  • 2 x Green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c. Vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Salad oil
  • 4 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp Cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds toasted

Direcciones

  1. In a very large bowl, combine cabbage, pea pods, mushrooms, carrots and green onions. Toss to mix. Reserve 4 c. of the mix to use in Pork Fried Rice (the recipe for that is included in this collection); cover and chill.
  2. For vinaigrette, in a screw top jar combine vinegar, salad oil, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and pepper. Cover and shake to mix. Reserve 1/3 c. for the Pork Fried Rice, cover and chill. Pour remaining dressing over remaining salad. Add in sesame seed; toss gently to mix.
