- Drain the peach halves and cut them into thick roundels / slices.
- Wash & cut tomatoes into roundels.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on a salad platter.
- Arrange tomato, mozzarella & peach roundels alternately on the bed of lettuce, cover with the cling film and chill it in the refrigerator.
- Prepare a dressing by whisking together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt & pepper, sliced garlic and few hand torn basil leaves.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing on chilled salad, just before serving.
- Serve immediately after dressing with toasted crusty bread.
