Receta Peach Blueberry Cobbler

- Stir together sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Add in orange juice. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Add in peaches and blueberries, cook till warm. Keep warm.
- Combine all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour, baking pwdr in a medium bowl. Add in lowfat milk and oil. Stir with a fork till mix forms a ball. On a floured surface, pat dough into an 8-inch circle. Cut into 8 wedges.
- Spoon fruit mix into a 9 x 1 1/2 inch round baking dish. Immediately place wedges on top of warm fruit mix. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. of sugar. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 25-30 min or possibly till brown. Serve hot.
