Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) low calorie cream cheese (neufchatel)
  • 2 Tbsp. Peach brandy
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Unsifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Heavy or possibly whipping cream
  • 1 pkt (3-ounce) ladyfingers
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Espresso or possibly strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 c. Diced fresh or possibly canned peaches, well-liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Heavy or possibly whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Peach brandy
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  •     Peach slices for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, brandy and lowfat milk till blended and fluffy. Blend in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. In a small mixer bowl beat cream till stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mix; set aside. Line 4 (8-oz) dessert dishes with ladyfinger halves, split sides in. Brush with espresso or possibly coffee. Spoon half of cream cheese mix over ladyfingers in dishes. Spoon peaches over top. Spoon remaining cream cheese mix over peaches. Make brandy whipped cream: beat cream, confectioners' sugar, peach brandy and vanilla extract till stiff peaks form. Garnish with brandy whipped cream. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs. Garnish with peach slices just before serving.
