Ingredientes

  • 6 c. Peaches fresh or possibly frzn peeled & sliced
  • 3/4 c. Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt optional
  • 1/3 c. Butter Buds Liquid
  • 1/3 c. Skim Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg Beaters 99% Egg Substitute Beaten (1/4 c.)
  • 1/4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. In a 3-qt saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute.
  2. Pour mix into a 1 1/2 quart. casserole which has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquid ButterBuds with a fork till moistened and it resembles coarse crumbs. Add in skim lowfat milk, water, and Egg Beater, mixing just till dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls over the warm filling. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till topping is light brown.
  5. Serve with Dream Whip or possibly nonfat frzn yogurt.
  6. VARIATION: You can substitute apples, cherries, blueberries, or possibly the fruit of your choice in place of the peaches.
  7. SUBSTITUTIONS:In place of the 3/4 c brown sugar: 1/2 c brown sugar + 1/4 c Sugar Twin BrownIn place of 3/4 c. sugar: 1/2 sugar + 3 packets Sweet 'n Low In place of 1/3 c. liquid Butter Buds: 1/3 c. Promise Ultra Fat-free margarine
